Q: How do I schedule a cleaning service?
A: You can schedule a cleaning service by contacting us through our website, phone, or email. We will first provide you with a quote by either sending us photos of the areas required to be cleaned, or we can schedule a walk through, then after accepting the quote we will work with you to find a convenient time for the cleaning service.
Q: What should I do before the cleaning day?
A: We require the house/office to be decluttered prior to the cleaning time. We also require the house/office to be cool under 70°F/21°C as the warm environment makes it difficult to perform the job.
Q: Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
A: Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment, customized to your home's needs.
Q: How often should I schedule a cleaning service?
A: The frequency of the cleaning service depends on your needs and preferences. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleaning services.
Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?
A: It's up to you whether you want to be home during the cleaning service or not. Many of our clients prefer to leave their keys with us or provide us with a code to access their home or office.
Q: How far in advance do I need to schedule a cleaning service?
A: We recommend scheduling your cleaning service at least a week in advance to ensure availability. However, we can accommodate last-minute requests based on our schedule.
